  • Stokes purple sweet potato, salted yolk, toasted meringue | Allergens: dairy, eggs, gluten.

    Storage Suggestions: Wrap box in plastic/cling wrap, away from direct heat or sunlight or source of moisture. Air-tight container is best. May be refrigerated.

    Serving Suggestions: Best when served within 2 days of purchase date.

    May be kept in the refrigerator, with the box wrapped well with cling wrap, up to 4 days after purchase date. To serve, remove from the refrigerator and unwrap 1-3hrs before serving.

  • Salted muscovado caramel, toasted macadamia, candied pineapple, candied yuzu zest, edible gold leaf | Allergens: nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, coffee, alcohol

    Storage Suggestions: Wrap box in plastic/cling wrap, away from direct heat or sunlight or source of moisture. DO NOT REFRIGERATE! Seal well to protect!

    Serving Suggestions: Best when served within 2 days of purchase date Okay up to serve up to 4 days after purchase date.

    Serve as is, or with some unsweetened whipped cream or creme fraiche. :)

  • Milkbread bun with pandan-coconut cream filling, and almond-matcha topping

    Storage & Serving Instructions: Best to consume on the day purchased.

    If needed, may be served 1 day after purchase. If so, upon purchase, bring home & wrap box with plastic/cling wrap and refrigerate. On day of serving, preheat oven to 350F. Place buns on a baking tray and refresh for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and cool down completely before consuming/serving.

  • 8 fluffy rolls made with our milkbread dough

    Storage Suggestions: Keep in bag until ready to eat.

    Serving Suggestions: Preheat oven to 350F. Remove buns from packaging and discard cardboard liner. Transfer buns on a baking tray and refresh for 7-10 minutes. Remove from oven and enjoy! You may brush melted butter right after it comes out of the oven (or perhaps some garlic butter? ;] )

  • Basque-style burnt cheesecake w/ Cowgirl Creamery Mt. Tam and jujube-coconut crisps.

    Allergens: Cheesecake - dairy, egg; Crisps - coconut, dairy, gluten, seeds

    Storage & Serving Suggestions: Keep your cheesecake chilled until you are ready to partake. Best consumed within 3 days.

    Try it cold or at cool room temp like it's namesake triple-cream Mt. Tam Cheese from Cowgirl Creamery!

    We find that the earthy, savory nuances are more apparent and the texture more indulgent.

    Smear it onto a piece of coffee crisp for maximum enjoyment!

  • Our holiday sweet assortment includes the following:

    ►Almond-Jam Cookies with organic strawberry jam and umeboshi | Allergens: egg, nuts (almond)

    ►Lychee pate de fruit w/ raspberry gochugaru sugar | Allergens: chili

    Storage Instructions: Keep away from direct heat, sunlight, and source of moisture.

    Hint: the Sesame “Alfajores” are delight when frozen (chewy but melts in your mouth quickly). Bonus is that it keeps longer, too!
